Since Brian is always taking the pictures, he's never in them :( So, I just wanted to share one of my favorite pictures of us. This was taken in Cape Cod last summer during my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary dinner.

Yes, this means I have about 2 months to go! Here are the latest belly pix.

Brian painted her bedroom this weekend and it is PINK! We'll post pix once the furniture is in (next weekend). I'm so excited!


Next Saturday is my baby shower in Southern Maryland given by my family and friends. I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone and celebrating my little miracle.

Speaking of my sweet girl, here she is :) This is from several months ago, but I never got a chance to post them. Isn't she so cute already??

My aunt sent me this picture a couple of weeks ago of my mom. It was taken in the 1970s and I think it's such a beautiful photo of her. She is missed by so many people and after 5 years I still can't believe she is gone. She loved babies and always talked about being a grandmother. She will forever be a part of our lives and would be honored to know that our daughter is going to be named after her.

A few pictures from Christmas

I know, I know. It's the last day of January and I'm just sharing what we did for Christmas. I hope I get better when the baby girl gets here! I'll have so much more to blog about.

Here are some pix from Christmas day. We spent Christmas eve with Brian's mom, Betsy. We all went out to dinner and came back to our house to open Christmas presents and had coffee (hot chocolate for me!). On Christmas morning we went to the ice show with my dad, step-mom, sister, brother and brother's girlfriend and then went to lunch at the Gaylord Hotel. We then headed to Southern Maryland to celebrate Christmas with my step-dad's side of the family.

Last time I tried blogging about building our new house (in December of 2007!) and I don't think you ever saw the final product :) So, below is a picture of my house. Now we are talking about a BABY! I'm going to TRY to keep this blog up to keep you posted on our baby so bear with me! We are having a baby GIRL and she is due to arrive on April 2nd, 2010! I know most of my "blogger buddies" from my girlfriend Bern who lives in TX. I expect you all to be reading and commenting!
